This news comes as the announcement was just made that the Terre Haute Casino Foundation would be donating an estimated $94 million to the Vigo County School Corporation over a twenty year period.

Individuals familiar with the casino’s Local Development Agreement insist that the donation would not be in jeopardy, and that any potential buyer would still be committed to the agreement.
